Enrollment

Students who are new to San Pasqual Valley Unified School District or who are returning to SPVUSD from another school district will need to provide the following documentation:

·         Birth Certificate

·         Up to date Immunization Records

·         TWO proofs of residency (i.e. Mortgage payment receipt, rent receipt, current utility bill, bank statements) Declarations of Residency with another family MUST be notarized and include (2) current utility bills in the homeowner/renters name.

·         Social Security Card

·         Transcript from last school attended (Required)

 

Current San Pasqual students will need to fill out a 2010-11 registration card and provide proof of current physical address.
